POSITION: Human Resources Assistant
PAY RATE: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
WORK SCHEDULE: Part-Time - Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm or Part Time 20-25 hours (hours/days will vary), no benefits
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT - ASSIGNMENT WILL BE 1- 3 MONTH ONLY. MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP!

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
We’re searching for Human Resources Assistant to carry out a variety of clerical tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (NOT LIMITED TO):
Maintaining a filing system
Performing data entry utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Help to create/launch new employee handbook
Assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s administrative activities.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU (OUR REQUIREMENTS):
Proven experience in Human Resources preferred
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree
Valid Drivers License
