Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard • Create and maintain staff operation schedules Qualifications: • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Food handling license • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred Compensation: $95,000
