Beverage expertise is a must for creating beverage menus, inventory management, training, and purchasing. Responsibilities: • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard Qualifications: • Customer relationship management experience desired • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
