Responsibilities: • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule Qualifications: • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Compensation: $69,000 plus incentives
