Responsibilities: • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure • Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Write and implement departmental operation schedules • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff Qualifications: • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred • Food handling license required • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards Compensation: $69,000 plus incentives
