Responsibilities: • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure • Write and implement departmental operation schedules • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement Qualifications: • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Must have a food handling license • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • Customer relationship management experience desired • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred Compensation: $69,000 plus incentives
