Responsibilities: • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills Compensation: $65000 - $75000 yearly
