Responsibilities: • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience • Experience in both à la carte and banquet operations • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control • Proven ability to lead and train teams in high-volume environments • Experience with menu development and vendor management • Familiarity with TOAST POS and inventory systems • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required Compensation: $60,000
