You’ll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures Qualifications: • Must have a food handling license • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred Compensation: $50,000 yearly
