Responsibilities: What you'll do: • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department, including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance, and hire new team members • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions Qualifications: Who we're looking for: • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Proven, hands-on bartending experience with the ability to execute classic and craft cocktails to an upscale service standard • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Food handling license required Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
