Responsibilities: • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures Qualifications: • Must have a food handling license • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
