Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure Qualifications: • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • Food handling license • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus Compensation: $17.50 - $18 hourly
