You’ll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions • Create and maintain staff operation schedules Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus • Must have a food handling license • Customer relationship management experience desired • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • Understanding of national food and health safety regulations
