Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures Qualifications: • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • National food and health safety regulations knowledge • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • Food handling license Compensation: $69,000 plus incentives
