Responsibilities: • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff Qualifications: • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • Customer relationship management experience desired Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
