  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Outlets Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing F&B outlet operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan, and manage all food and beverage orders, staff, and property assets. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays in accordance with business demands. Responsibilities: • Supervise all food & beverage outlets and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service • Assist staff in all outlets with food and beverage service, supply ordering/stocking, inventory, and opening/closing sidework duties • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns • Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork • Ensure outlets run smoothly and efficiently in the absence of the F&B Manager/Director • Comply with all health and safety regulations • Report to management regarding sales results and productivity • Liaise with the culinary team to ensure food orders are delivered accurately and promptly • “Touch tables” and converse with guests to ensure a pleasant experience Skills • Proven food and beverage supervisor experience • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently • Mastery in handling multiple tasks • Communication and leadership skills • Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices • Ability to manage personnel within labor guidelines • Guest-oriented and service-minded Qualifications: Outlet Types: • Bar • Casual Dining Restaurant • Coffee Shop • Executive Lounge Experience: Compensation: $19 per hour
