Responsibilities: • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus • Food handling license required • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
