    AM/PM Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor The Outlets Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets. Key responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales targets, monitoring inventory, maintaining brand/safety standards, and resolving customer complaints to ensure efficient and profitable operations. Responsibilities: • Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate goals, new promotions, and daily expectations. • Schedule employees, track time and attendance, and process payroll/labor reports. • Train new team members, provide real-time coaching, and assist management with performance reviews and disciplinary actions. • Monitor team grooming, uniform standards, and overall morale. Operations & Customer Service • Lead floor walks to ensure visual merchandising standards and facility cleanliness are consistently met. • Manage POS transactions, handle cash drops, and reconcile daily sales. • Respond to guest concerns, resolve escalated customer issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. • Ensure strict compliance with sanitation, alcohol, and facility safety regulations. Inventory & Administration • Monitor inventory levels, handle receiving, and execute stock replenishment. • Conduct periodic audits to minimize shrinkage, track variance, and maintain product pars. • Review and analyze sales reports to identify performance trends and opportunities. Qualifications: • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred. • Experience: 1–3 years of prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a relevant retail or food and beverage environment. • Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, time management, and basic financial/math skills. • Certifications: Food safety (ServeSafe). Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly plus tips
