The Hilton Charlotte University Place is hiring a Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor. This is a weekend position. Responsibilities: • Set tables and trays according to the type of food ordered and the brand service standards • Perform opening and closing duties for in-room dining • Clean/remove trays from guest rooms and corridors • Serve guests their food beverage in a prompt and courteous manner • Present accurate checks to guests and complete the payment process • Maintain knowledge of all food beverage items and their specifications including price, ingredients, etc. • Communicate with each guest to ensure satisfaction with the food beverage provided • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure adequate stock of supplies • Ensure adequate and clear communication with the Culinary team • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor on property Qualifications: • Prior experience in a food and beverage role • Prior supervisory experience • Prior hotel experience ideal but not required Compensation: $19 per hour
