Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department, including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance, and hire new team members • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures Qualifications: Who We're Looking For: • National food and health safety regulations knowledge • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • Hospitality customer relationship management experience is a plus Compensation: $18.50 hourly
