Team Management & Training • Pre-Shift Briefings: Lead daily "stand-ups" to communicate VIP guests, daily specials, and operational goals. • Accountability: Monitor staff performance (Servers, Bartenders, Hosts) and provide real-time coaching on service techniques and professional appearance. • Scheduling: Assist the F&B Manager with weekly scheduling, ensuring labor costs are optimized based on hotel occupancy and event calendars.
