Job Description

This is a summer internship with flexable scheduleing and would require 16 to 20 hours per week. PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Reconcile checking accounts

• Enter check, debit card, wire & EFT transactions from bank portal into QB

• Download credit card activity and reclassify to proper expense accounts

• Reconcile credit card accounts

• Maintain employee and vender files

• Update employee & vender information

• Prepare sales tax returns

Qualifications

• Must be well-versed with QuickBooks
• Degree in accounting preferred, but not required
• Previous bookkeeping experience, but not required
