    American Berry Company is looking for skilled machine operators for the day shift, 6a-6p and night shift, 6p-6a. Our Machine Operators work three or four days per week based on a 2/2/3 12-hour shift. That means you have 3 or 4 days off a week, so you can work hard, but play harder! Our machine operators will keep our production line moving. They will be working on/with the following machines: extractor/infuser system, filter, evaporator, and dryer to help us produce sweetened dried cranberries and cranberry concentrate. Food manufacturing experience is a plus. We offer insurance plans, PTO, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities: • Perform startup, shutdown, and CIP on machines within our production facility • Troubleshoot equipment and work to maintain quality and output standards • Complete quality and other product testing as required • Operate the HMI Control System • Maintain accurate and timely paperwork and records • Update lead and/or managers on any issues or concerns from the shift • Implement and validate SOPs • Following all safety guidelines and lockout/tag out requirements at all times • Follow all food safety guidelines and GMP requirements Qualifications: • 2+ years of machine operating experience, food manufacturing is a strong plus • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot machines • Strong understanding and adherence to safety guidelines • Must be able to lift, push, and pull product generally around 20-30 pounds • HMI Systems experience is a plus Compensation: $23 - $26 hourly
