Food preparation workers, prepare ingredients for dishes and keep kitchens clean.They work under the supervision of GM, AGM, and shift leaders.

Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients:Wash, peel, and chop fruits, vegetables, and meat
Prepare dishes:Make salads, sandwiches, and other cold food items
Maintain workspaces:Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Maintain equipment:Clean and store kitchen equipment
Store food:Unload and store food supplies
Stock beverage machines:Stock and use soda machines, tea brewers, and coffeemakers
Assist with cooking:Prepare basic dishes like sauces, entrees, and bread
Skills and qualifications
Knife skills:Be proficient with knives and know how to properly hold them
Physical strength:Be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items 25lb+
Attention to detail:Be precise with measurements and handling ingredients
Communication skills:Be able to work well with others in a kitchen team
Time management:Be prompt and efficient, especially during busy times
Food safety and sanitation:Follow guidelines and practice proper food handling techniques
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
