Key Responsibilities

Monitor production processes for efficiency and report any issues or machine faults.

Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment to comply with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, USDA, or FDA standards).
Follow health and safety protocols, including wearing protective gear like hair nets, gloves, and aprons.

Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education strictly required.
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment is advantageous but not essential (on-the-job training provided).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Physical stamina for standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures (e.g., cold, humid, or refrigerated areas).
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and recording data.
