    801 Restaurant Group is currently seeking experienced and passionate, professional service personnel for the position of Food Runner at our soon-to-open upscale eatery and cocktail bar, 801 on Nicollet.

    This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) front of the house (FOH) position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink. This position is crucial in maintaining the flow between the kitchen and the dining room to ensure guests receive their meals as promptly and accurately as possible.

    Position Requirements/Qualifications:

    Ability to deliver food promptly and accurately to the correct guests by table and position numbers.

    Must be able to relay any food-related concerns or guest requests to the appropriate restaurant staff, ensuring clear communication.

    Experience working in a fast-paced, high-end / fine dining establishment is desired.

    Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

    Must be available to work evening shifts any day of the week, including weekends & some holidays.

    The ideal candidate is a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with the public while maintaining a strong sense of hospitality, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.

    Ability to communicate clearly while demonstrating warmth & professionalism to guests in a busy, fast-paced / high-stress environment.

    Ability to maintain regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

    Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:

    Ability to work in areas with variable noise levels and temperature conditions.

    Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time.

    Physical ability to frequently lift bus pans and trays weighing up to 50lbs while maintaining balance, including navigating through potentially challenging areas

    Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
