The Role – Food Runner

As a Food Runner, you are the link between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring dishes arrive with precision and grace. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering food quickly, accurately, and gracefully

• Supporting servers to maintain a seamless guest experience

• Communicating with BOH/FOH to ensure timely service

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or Michelin/2-star restaurant

• Strong multitasking ability and sense of urgency

• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)

• Able to lift 35 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts

• Polished, professional appearance
