We’re looking for a dedicated Food Scientist to join our Quality team, driving food safety, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. This is a hands-on role blending research, quality management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research and experiments to improve food safety and product quality

• Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with FDA regulations

• Perform quality control assessments to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Partner with production, R&D, and other teams to optimize food processing methods

• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant lab and workspace environments

• Analyze data from testing/research and prepare detailed reports

• Stay current on industry trends, HACCP guidelines, and HARPC requirements

• Train and support team members on quality procedures and best practices

What You Bring

• Education in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred – equivalent experience considered

• Experience in food manufacturing quality systems (lab or plant-floor background welcomed)

• Familiarity with HACCP, HARPC, and FDA regulations

• Strong analytical skills for research and data interpretation

• Ability to maintain rigorous cleanliness and safety standards

• Clear communication skills for working across teams

• Detail orientation and commitment to continuous improvement

Role Details

• Full-time, onsite position

• Standard day shift; occasional weekend or 2nd shift support may be needed

• Individual contributor role with potential to grow into leadership

• Annual profit-sharing bonus potential (not guaranteed)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
