Deliver exceptional fine dining service by professionally presenting and serving food and beverage offerings to guests with refined attention to detail. Provide knowledgeable recommendations, manage course timing with precision, and ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their dining visit. Responsibilities include processing payments accurately, managing guest checks with professionalism, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server in an upscale or fine dining establishment
• Comprehensive knowledge of fine dining service protocols and etiquette
• Proficiency in wine and beverage pairings and menu offerings
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with refined guest interaction abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment processing
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds.
