Compensation: Industry Standard hourly + Tips + Automatic Gratuity

Job Summary We’re seeking a friendly and customer-focused Food Server to join our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for customer service and some experience in a restaurant or live music venue, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests and seat them at tables.

Present menus and explain specials or menu items

Take Accurate food and beverage orders

Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu

Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism

Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, emphasizing special requests and restrictions

Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables

Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals

Maintain a clean and organized section

Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware and lighting table candles

Present bills to guests and process payments accurately

Collaborate and assist other teammates when needed

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience required

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and work as part of a team

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practice

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to go up and down a flight of stairs as well as lift up to 25 pounds

Key Skills:

Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
