You will be held accountable for the restaurant's financial and operational performance. As a restaurant general manager, you will staff, interview, hire, and train teams, as well as coach, manage, and develop them. You must ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. As a restaurant general manager, you must be able to lead a team and provide excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar role in the customer service industry. Responsibilities: • Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards • Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff • Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution • Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management • Ensure the maximum guest satisfaction while dining in the restaurant Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or GED • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired • This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry • Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
