Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Food Service Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our Food Service Operation and plays an integral role in our residents dining experience. You will build rapport with residents, answer questions about the menu, serve food and drinks, set-up and breakdown the dining-room for service, clean and assist Head-Chefs as instructed. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Set-up and Break-down Dining-Room for service

Serve residents lunch and dinner, answering any questions about menu items

Assist chefs with basic food preparation.

Clean Dining-room and Production Kitchen

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server/food service worker or Dietary-Aide is preffered

Friendly and outgoing personality

Excellent communication skills

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays

Familiarity with food safety guidelines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
