    OVERVIEW OF ROLE: The Bartender for Splashers, our pool bar, is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the pool bar. They will give our Eden guests the high level of service that is expected and deserving, particularly at our recreational facilities which is one of our greatest features. Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for all elements of a limited menu and beverage operation including drink preparation, light food preparation and data input. • Take care of guest concerns regarding pool bar and report back to Manager. • Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol. • Provide guests with outstanding service. • Operate P.O.S system, and prepare daily specials. • Maintain inventory and order guides, receive and store items properly. • Ensure pool bar is always neat and presentable. Qualifications: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • High level of professionalism. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong task and time management abilities. • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques. • Customer service oriented, ensures each guest has an excellent experience. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • At least one (1) year of bartending experience, is required. • At least one (1) year of restaurant experience, is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather. Compensation: Starting at $10 an hour, plus tips
