The Food Truck Cook is responsible for daily food preparation for the assigned station, keeping up with needed prep and cleanliness of area throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

Quality control of all food on your assigned station

Setup and preparation for assigned station

Cleanliness of assigned station

Coordinate daily tasks with Food Truck Manager

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (preferred)

Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
