    We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated crew members to join our food truck team. This is a role perfect for individuals who want to be a leader amongst their team, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a crew lead of our food truck team, you will be responsible for delivering delicious meals while ensuring a positive experience for our customers. As well as having a love for dogs, common sense, showing up to work on time, and being ready to hit the ground running. We work hard. We have fun. We make people happy. Join us in creating memorable experiences through great food and outstanding service! • $30-$40/hour depending on experience and shift worked. • Full Time - Weekends Required Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately. • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. • Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards. • Sanitize work areas and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations. • Handle food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring quality service at all times. • Make executive decisions in line with the management/owners' directive. • Assist in basic ordering, inventory, and stocking. Qualifications: • Previous leadership experience in customer service or food service is preferred, particularly in quick service restaurants, food carts, cafés, or similar environments. • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed within the food truck operations. • A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all aspects of the job. • Ability to lead by example and take ownership of situations. Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
