Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):
Handling high volume in a full service restaurant
Showcasing pride and ownership over products made
Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
Stocking and product management including waste control
Keeping things clean and organized
Following all food safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
Those with previous experience excel well in this fast paced environment, however we can work with any skill set if you bring the drive and motivation to learn.
