Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager & Bartender to join our team at The Nine Golf. In this role, you will oversee bar operations, beverage service, and F&B management. You will also be responsible for menu development, managing inventory, and optimizing sales and revenue while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Manage bar operations and prepare beverages (cocktails, coffee, and other drinks)

Provide a variety of Hard Liquor and beverage services

Oversee F&B operations and revenue management

Manage inventory and stock for both F&B and the screen golf facility

Develop new menu items and improve existing ones

Lead team in providing exceptional customer service

Monitor expiration dates of food and beverages

Train staff and coordinate work schedules

Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management

Qualifications

Proven experience in Hard Liquor and beverage preparation & service

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B operations and revenue management

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification

Extensive previous culinary experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software

Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Excellent management and leadership skills

Must be available to work on weekends and holidays

High school diploma/GED
