Food & Beverage Manager – Launch Family Entertainment (Dearborn, MI)

Launch Family Entertainment is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our restaurant and concession operations.

Pay: Hourly, based on experience, with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant and concession operations

Oversee inventory, ordering.

Lead, train, and schedule team members

Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or food service management experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience with inventory management and ordering

Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nights and weekends required
