    Job Summary The Nine Golf is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage and Facility Operations Manager to oversee our food and beverage services and manage overall indoor golf facility operations. This multifaceted role includes F&B management, accounting oversight, HR functions, and staff training. You will be responsible for maintaining service excellence across all departments, managing inventory and financials, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.     Responsibilities

    Oversee all food and beverage (F&B) operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction

    Manage daily operations of the indoor screen golf facility

    Handle accounting tasks, including daily sales reconciliation, petty cash management, and vendor invoicing

    Monitor and control inventory for both F&B and golf service areas

    Develop and update menu offerings in collaboration with kitchen staff

    Lead hiring, onboarding, and staff training across F&B and facility service roles

    Coordinate work schedules and manage staffing levels

    Maintain and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

    Ensure employee performance tracking, feedback, and HR documentation are up to date

    Deliver regular reports on sales, labor costs, and operational efficiency to senior management

    Optimize customer experience and drive revenue growth across departments

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage operations, hospitality management, or facility operations

    Experience in accounting or cash handling preferred

    Prior HR or staff training experience is a strong plus

    Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational management software

    ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification preferred

    Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

    Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

    Available to work weekends and holidays

    High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
