Job Summary

We're growing and searching for new talent! We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Biller/Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will verify insurance coverage and adjudicate claims for reimbursements, greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented with customer service skills. Previous experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations

Research and analyze data needs for reimbursement

Analyze and submit medical records upon request

Review referrals and schedule patients

Review and verify patient documentation

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Check in/out patients

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Completion of Billing/Coding Certificate Program

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and able to problem-solve

Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines
