    About Blake Foote: Regional Director - Tennessee: Blake Foote brings a decade of experience at Modern Woodmen of America, transitioning from a successful three-year stint as a producer to a seven-year managerial role. In April 2023, he assumed the role of Regional Director, overseeing operations across most markets in Tennessee. Expecting only directness and follow-through from those he mentors, Blake's leadership style is marked by his commitment to developing and supporting new managers. His vision extends beyond specific markets; Blake aims to bring on a select group of quality managers. Through mentorship and strategic guidance, his goal is to drive expansion across the region, creating a network of empowered and successful professionals.

    Beyond his professional role, Blake is a devoted family man with a decade of marriage, two boys ages 8 and 5, and a shared love for sports. If you can't find Blake supporting his team at the office, then you will likely find him supporting his boys on the basketball court, spending time with his wife and family, or sharing a round of golf with business colleagues and friends.

    Position: Managing Partner - Foote Region (Middle and East Tennessee): As a Managing Partner at Modern Woodmen, you play a vital role in addressing members' financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and driving the growth of the local office. The Foote Region, led by Regional Director Blake Foote, covers Middle and East Tennessee, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial well-being of individuals and families in these areas.

    Serve members' financial needs by providing tailored financial solutions.

    Exemplify leadership in the community through active involvement and engagement.

    Drive the growth of the local office by recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives.

    Build and nurture a high-performing team to contribute to the success of Modern Woodmen.

    Qualifications:

    Life License

    SIE, 6, 63, and 26 OR 7, 63, 24

    Strong community connection (preferably a graduate of a local high school)

    Leadership skills and effective communication ability

    Strong background in sales or customer service
