Job Description

Lead Generator is responsible for generating viable installation leads inside a Floor & Decor retail store. Requires walking the store, striking up conversations with customers who are purchasing flooring products and connecting them to Footprints Floors, a preferred installer, and scheduling free estimates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

-Actively seek out customers in Floor & Decor to talk to about their flooring installation needs.

• Network with Floor & Decor store employees and design service employees so they know you and are sending their customers to you if they need an installer.

-If a customer is interested in a free estimate, gather the customer's information, call Footprints’ main line and work with a Customer Service Rep to get the customer signed up for the free estimate appointment on the spot. Send the customer home with an appointment card or an IME pamphlet.

-Enter the customer information into google sheets on the Lead Generator Tracker form provided to you.

-Responsible to maintain a positive attitude and create a positive working environment with our business associates at Floor & Decor and help to further the relationship between the Footprints Floors' employee and the Floor & Decor staff.

COMPENSATION

This position pays $15 per hour + $10 per lead generated. The leads generated must be viable opportunities, resulting in an in-home estimate.
