Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and responsible Retail/Office Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our growing office/retail staff. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: customer relations and correspondence, scheduling appointments, calendar management, relaying messages and pertinent information, securing the resources needed to resolve daily situations, purchasing, warehousing and control over supply chain, and general clerical/retail work. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and solution oriented. Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in customer service are a must. Experience with Excel, GSuite, and Quickbooks are valued. Multiple positions available.
Responsibilities
Answer and respond to incoming correspondence
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
Retrieve and relay messages and other pertinent information
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
Contribute to company meetings
Maintain an organized filing system
Inventory Control
Problem Solving
Customer Service
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and scanners
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks, and/or GSuite
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
