Job Description

Forbes Marketplace is looking for a full-time Customer Success Associate (CSA). The CSA is responsible for timely and satisfactory execution of client digital marketing programs, contributing to client satisfaction and the achievement of client and Forbes Advisors revenue goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support Sales team in day-to-day planning and execution of customer digital marketing initiatives
• Utilize cross-functional systems, update client promotions, creatives, and communications as necessary
• Monitor client support email/calls and respond or route inquiries appropriately
• Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Review partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities
• Responsible for order creation and management
• Monitor projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare agendas and run performance reports as needed
• Attend client visits to review top-line program performance and marketing strategy
• Help Sales upsell and renew business

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team, goal-oriented environment
• 1 -2 years of proven digital advertising experience
• Familiarity with various affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ, and Rakuten is a plus
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once.
• Extremely detail oriented
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
