Forbes Advisor is hiring! We are looking for a CRM workflow associate to join our growing Operations team.

** Responsibilities:**

• Report directly into Sr Dir of CRM and work cross-functionally across multiple verticals
• Collaborate with Business Unit GMs to build CRM user journeys that provide enhance the audience experience
• Own email design (with design team), CRO and A/B testing
• Build user Journey, data driven logic and Catalog building in Iterable
• Work with data engineering to ensure audience delivery and ingestion into journeys
• Email deliverability and Spam oversight

About You:

• 2-5 year’s experience building user journeys in Iterable or similar CRM platform.
• Good understanding of data driven workflows and using data to drive conversion.
• 2-5 years of email design keeping up with industry trends
• Ability to gather content from multiple editorial teams and internal resources
• Experience developing a small team from the ground up
• Strong ability to coordinate with different stakeholders to produce an optimization strategy
• Expertise in CRM best practices, experimentation infrastructure, conversion rate optimization, and AB testing
• Experience building UTM tracking and reporting
• Experience managing the end-to-end experimentation process, including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring, and recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize across different projects to focus on highest-impact work
• High level of attention to detail
• Comfortable working collaboratively with teammates across multiple geographies and time zones

** Nice to haves:**

• Iterable and HTML email design experience; The ideal candidate will have a passion for building data driven content delivery in a true multichannel environment. They will have 2-5 year’s experience in CRM and knowledge of list segmentation, audience building and using catalogs and snippets to provide the audience with the content they desire, empowering them to make choices that matter.
