Under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Management Support person is responsible for reviewing job site reports as well as labor plans for detail and accuracy, creating and processing change orders, and other activities to support and aid the Project Management. Advanced PC skills (MS Word and Excel) and 10-key by touch are required. Must be analytical, organized, and able to meet deadlines, as well as work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess prior experience with high-level administrative support and customer service. Preference given to education and experience in the construction or audio-video installation industries. We are seeking those committed to long-term employment.
