What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations of the shop and serve as the go-to technical expert.

Train, coach, and mentor technicians to uphold Ford Motor Company standards.

Be customer-facing and handle vehicle concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Personally inspect and diagnose all vehicle comebacks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with service advisors and management to maintain workflow efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements:

Current Ford Motor Company certifications.

Proven leadership or mentorship experience in a high-volume service environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
