    POSITION OVERVIEW: Ford Lincoln Fairfield is looking for Sales Associates for a full-time position. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who has a minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales and has their own client base. We are looking for professionals that can manage their time efficiently and enjoy the perks of having 3 days off and maintain a strong average of units sold as well as the ability to remain profitable. Test drives at the customers’ desired location (ie.home; office) menu presentation & digital singing off-site. The ability to accurately appraise trade-in values offsite.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    ●        Minimum 2 years of Automotive Sales Experience Preferred

    ●        Ford and/or Lincoln sales experience is a plus

    ●        Proof of current CA driver’s license required

    ●        End of the day reporting is required for this position

    ●        Ability to consistently meet all deadlines

    ●        Sales License required for this position

    ●        Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word

    ●        Excellent customer service skills

    ●        Excellent attention to detail

    ●        Strong organizational ability

    ●        Effective corporate communications skills

    ●        Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and comprehend written instructions/information

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ●        Demonstrate great customer service

    ●        Apprise car shoppers of warranties and financing options

    ●        Be well informed about products

    ●        Explain technical jargon in a clear and expansive manner

    ●        Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also, by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions

    ●        Attend continuous skill building training's

    ●        Direct clients to proper services

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    ●        Ability to speak candidly and knowledgeably about services.

    ●        Ability to work in a fast-paced and high demand environment

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORK ENVIRONMENTS, AND WORK SCHEDULE:

    Skill in operating office equipment such as a personal computer, copy machine and telephone system. Ability to perform routine bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
