    FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is looking to grow its immigration practice in the Atlanta office. In this role, you will use the latest technology, interact with firm clients from various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, airline, construction management, food production, etc., and work alongside experienced immigration lawyers and a team of proficient paralegals. Qualified candidates should be team players; proactive; have strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills (verbal and written); and have the ability to learn new software, systems and processes quickly. IMMIGRATION EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. We will train you! This is an onsite position. Responsibilities: • Drafting correspondence, memoranda, and other requested documents, • Assisting attorneys in the preparation of PERM applications, • Reviewing and tracking the progress of immigration packets, • Monitoring case deadlines and prepare expirations reporting, • Making copies, sending faxes and email, • Data entry, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) a plus • A strong desire to work in a close-knit, collaborative, team-oriented environment to meet our clients’ objectives related to their foreign national employees • Strong writing skills • Keen attention to detail • Proficiency in client communication, teamwork, and office technology If you are a recent graduate with an interest in international relations, immigration, or seeking to explore an exciting and very interesting area of law, then this terrific, entry-level paralegal career opportunity may be for you.
