Position Overview
The Foreclosure / Creditors’ Rights Attorney will primarily work remotely. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-volume caseload while putting your leadership skills to use by helping refine processes and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload of creditors’ rights and residential foreclosure matters in Florida.
- Ensure cases are handled timely and effectively—identify and correct delays in case progression.
- Engage with clients through regular communication and detailed reporting.
- Deliver high-quality legal work without the pressure of billable hour requirements.
- Collaborate with and mentor a team of skilled paralegals and legal assistants.
- Develop and implement processes and templates to improve workflow efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
- Active Florida law license.
- 4–6 years of experience in foreclosure, title or creditors’ rights law, preferably in Florida.
- Proven success in high-volume practice environments.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to streamline processes and guide support staff.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days in office/month.
